Cindy Wickman-Failing is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama as well as a National Certified Counselor. Prior to pursuing her passion of counseling, Cindy worked as a Certified Public Accountant in her home state of Michigan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of Michigan and a Certified Public Accounting certification in Michigan, with a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling at Liberty University. Cindy has extensive experience and a special interest in Grief Support in both one-on-one and group settings. She also has experience working with adults and adolescents in addiction recovery, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues, as well as legal and family issues.


Cindy enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and applies an eclectic approach to counseling with use of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to provide counseling in an emotionally safe environment.
