Our staff can assist you in scheduling appointments. We make every effort to schedule emergencies within 24 hours. If you are not calling for a specific therapist the staff can help you select a therapist based upon your needs, insurance, and schedule.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check, debit cards, and major credit cards are accepted for payment. There will be a $30 service charge for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds. We will no longer accept payment by check if more than one check is returned. Payment will then need to be made by cash or Visa/Mastercard/Discover.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to give your scheduled session time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Canceling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $40 fee. A “No-show” will result in a $75 “No show” fee. Testing appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will account will be assessed a $100 fee. All late cancellation and no-show fees are to be paid prior to your next appointment, no exceptions.
